Amy brought key partners into The Heat And Warmth fund community, and worked to define processes with incredible efficiency gains, and develop systems to expand THAW's services from 3 to 83 counties in Michigan with the same staff!

Amy was the "Jill of all trades!" and her diverse skill set assisted companies of all sizes and industries - for office automation, networks, security, systems management, and specialized programming.

Amy built lifelong (well, at least career-long!) contacts with the IT leaders in SIM, while presenting at universities and helping create an infrastructure of mentoring.

Leading the USAF Auxiliary as CEO and National Commander, Amy was responsible for 61,000 personnel across the country.  She increased training levels internally while acquiring new partnerships and new mission clients externally, adding over 6,000 personnel and millions of mission dollars!
